Fiddle Jam with Alanna Jenish

Join us for an evening of fiddling with Alanna Jenish in the Barn at the Bobcaygeon Agricultural Fairgrounds!

Alanna Jenish is an award-winning Canadian fiddler and guitarist. Based in Peterborough, Ontario, she is widely sought after as a performing and recording artist. Her musical background is diverse, beginning with roots in Canada’s Ottawa-Valley tradition, and expanding through a myriad of folk and fiddle-based genres.

In 2017, Alanna graduated from the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Music with Honours (2017). She has since performed across Canada, the United States and Europe with artists including The Fitzgeralds, Portage, Jane & Kyle, and Ryan Young.

In 2025, Alanna received a Canadian Folk Music Award for her most recent album ‘Daleview"‘.

Entry is by donation. Bring your fiddles or just come to watch and enjoy the music!

Join us for an evening of square-dancing after Concerts in the Park!

The Corry Boys are multi-instrumental brother duo originally from Red Deer, Alberta.

Jackson & Samuel grew up playing traditional music from across Canada. In 2020, they started hosting dances which has grown into communities across Alberta and Ontario that get together for dancing and live music regularly. They are joined by Anna Smilek (Waterloo, Ontario) who graduated last year with a music education degree from Laurier and enjoys playing for dances across Alberta and Ontario.

This is a Family-Friendly Event!
